The Flying Scot – Sir Jackie Stewart, Monaco 1973 Diorama – Completed
I started building this diorama earlier this year, after watching the Roman Polanski documentary “Weekend of a Champion”. It’s easy to forget what a colossus of motorsport Sir Jackie Stewart is, Britain’s first (and until quite recently only), three times World Champion.
His relentless drive for safety makes him remarkable in its own right, so he’s more than deserving of a diorama to himself. Plus, the Derek Gardiner-designed Tyrrell 006 is a bit of a classic too.
